Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support, and
organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. Perception of organizational
support and organizational justice affect the organizational commitment. Organizational
commitment influences organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study
were all employees of PT. Merpati Gemilang Mandiri Surya Artha. Samples taken in this
study were 40 employees with saturated sampling method. The analytical tool used is
multiple linear regression analysis and multiple tests. The results of this study indicate that
the perception of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational
citizenship behavior. Organizational justice has a positive and significant influence on
organizational citizenship behavior. While organizational commitment has a positive and
significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Perception of organizational
support and organizational justice has a positive and significant impact on Organizational
Commitment. The results show that organizational commitment is proven to mediate the
effect of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on organizational
citizenship behavior.
