Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. This research was conducted on Yamaha Mataram Sakti Magelang with a total of 33 respondents. Data collection in this study was conducted with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study got the results that organizational commitment does not negatively affect turnover intention. Job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention. While job satisfaction also does not negatively affect turnover intention. Keywords
