Abstract

This study aims to examine empirically the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. Testing the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. As well as examining psychological empowerment moderates transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and testing psychological empowerment moderate organizational commitment towards organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study were employees at Private Hospital in Magelang 2018. The sample in this study were 91 respondents by purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. And Psychological empowerment moderates transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and psychological empowerment does not moderate organizational commitment towards organizational citizenship behavior
