About the Journal | Journal of Holistic Nursing Science

Journal of Holistic Nursing Science is published by the Faculty of Health Science, Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang. The Journal's scope in the field of nursing includes several specializations such as Medical-Surgical Nursing, Emergency Nursing, Child Nursing, Maternity Nursing, Mental Nursing, Community Nursing, and Nursing Management, at all age levels and health care orders. JHNS has been indexed by Google Scholar, Sinta, Garuda, and Dimensions.

Editor cornerstone

Sumarno Adi Subrata Ph.D., as Editor-in-Chief, has research expertise in wound care and urology. He is also a member of the Wound Care Alliance in the UK. To fulfil the growing need for nursing care, he developed several algorithms in the wound care and urology care process. As of late, he has published a number of articles and serves as a reviewer in reputable international journals. Additionally, he serves as the Chief Editor of Innovation in Health for Society, a journal article that focuses on health innovation. In 2024, he was honoured with an outstanding recognition at the Journal of Wound Care Awards in the Pressure Care category.
