Abstract

Managerial performance is one factor that can be used to improve the quality of the organization. For these objectives to be effectively achieved it is necessary to pay attention to the budget, clarity of budget targets, apparatus commitment and public accountability. Public sector performance is mostly by apparatus or managerial performance. Work units of public organizations are expected to create a conducive working environment by interfering with the ability of leadership and ability of subordinates. An organization he leads. This study aims for empirical information. Method of data settlement using purposive sampling method that is by selecting the respondent who meet the criteria to be studied. This research uses primary data with population amount based on SKPD in Magelang Regency and the number of respondents is 137. The result of this research shows 1) budget participation and work related to positive information to managerial performance 2) clarity of budget target, commitment of apparatus and public accountability no positive effect On managerial performance, 3) budgetary participation, clarity of budget targets, commitment of apparatus and public accountability have a positive effect on relevant information work. From the outcome of the intervention 1) budget participation and commitment of the apparatus. 2) clarity of budget targets and negative public accountability to managerial performance through relevant job information.
