Abstract

Rapid technological developments are now influencing the early childhood education process.According to the piaget theory (in Sayoudih 2013: 18) says that "the age of 3-7 years is included in the cognitive development of the preoperational stage. Said preoperational because at this stage children use the ability of symbolic images in thinking and also creative play activities will improve the thinking power of children ". early childhood with the vulnerable age of 3-7 years are more interested in creative learning method learning, because learning while playing makes the process of learning a child who is very helpful mental development and potential in children. Children of that age also began to recognize and distinguish objects with the symbolic form, color, and sound in the learning process. In education in the playground has been introduced counting. The ability to count is one of the most important skills children need to navigate the world of learning. Various methods of numeracy learning are emerging to help teachers and parents teach these skills. However, the method alone is not enough without the application of the system used to help learning. Because each child is unique, and that uniqueness requires a different way of learning. If parents know how, then learning to count will be felt as fun and exciting children as when they play in the playground. From that situation many problems encountered by most of the guardians in the playground have not found ease in the process of learning this count, because not every time they use computer. because of that We make an application of numeracy learning based on Android to help the guardian and teachers in Learning, because media telecommunications (Mobile) is very easy to use and can be brought anytime. therefore the educators and guardians in the playground is greatly helped by the existence of this Android-based learning media.
